Following [Assets]- [Fund Account] on Bingbon App, click the corresponding Cryptocurrency Account to check the [Fund Statement], finally click the filter icon from the upright corner to choose [Withdraw].

Instructions for Unreceived Withdrawals
On-chain assets transfers are divided into three segments: Bingbon Confirmation - BlockChain Confirmation - Recipient Account Confirmation.
- Normally, a TxID will be generated within 30 to 60 minutes, indicating that the transfer process from Bingbon has been completed and the transfer has begun on the corresponding blockchain.
- When the TxID is generated, click on the Copy Icon at the end of the TxID and go to the corresponding Block Explorer to check its transaction status and confirmations on the blockchain.
- If the blockchain shows that the transaction is not confirmed, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. This varies in the blockchain network. If the blockchain shows that the transaction is already confirmed, it means that your funds have been transferred out successfully and we are unable to provide any further assistance on that. You would need to contact the support team of the deposit address for further help.
Note: If the TxID has not been generated 6 hours after you click the confirmation button from the email message, please contact our Customer Service for assistance and provide your Bingbon account with the withdrawal record screenshot of the relevant transaction.
